We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Risk Consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for finance graduates and early-career professionals interested in building a career in risk consulting and financial services. You will work on diverse consulting engagements with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, financial institutions, rating agencies and other organizations across India and South Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support consulting assignments across credit risk, market risk and operational risk.
• Assist in developing and enhancing risk methodologies, scorecards and analytical frameworks.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, documentation and other consulting deliverables.
• Conduct research on regulatory developments, industry practices and emerging risk management trends.
• Support data analysis, interpretation and the development of risk management solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and project discussions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in risk consulting, banking, financial services, rating agencies, analytics or management consulting.
• FRM Part I / Part II candidates.
• Freshers with a strong interest in risk management and financial services are welcome to apply.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of financial statements and core risk management concepts.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, analytical modelling and data interpretation.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
