Job Description
- Conduct on-ground marketing and promotional activities for MF Bharat.
- Accompany senior team members on field visits, events, awareness campaigns and outreach activities.
- Interact with prospective users and explain the MF Bharat App, features and benefits.
- Assist customers with app downloads, registration and onboarding.
- Independently visit potential locations, customer groups and communities to generate new users.
- Organise and participate in awareness drives, camps, corporate visits and community outreach programs.
- Generate leads and convert them into MF Bharat app users.
- Create awareness about mutual fund investing, especially among first-time investors.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, app downloads, registrations and conversions.
- Achieve assigned user acquisition and field marketing targets.
- Identify new locations, customer segments and opportunities to expand MF Bharat's reach.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-up and conversion of leads.
