Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and guide aspiring professionals on the right career path.
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions through consultative counselling.
• Coordinate admissions and payment processes.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Support learners throughout their training journey.
• Work closely with the Placement Team until candidates secure employment.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and counselling skills.
• Passion for helping people succeed.
• Sales mindset with a consultative approach.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience in Education Sales, EdTech, Admissions, or Career Counselling is preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to learn are also welcome.
