Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–3 Years

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital sources.
• Identify potential customers and understand their insurance requirements.
• Explain and promote suitable insurance products to customers.
• Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurance companies for quotations, proposals, and policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
• Support customers with policy-related queries and service requirements.
• Follow company sales processes, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills, sales aptitude, and willingness to work with targets. Freshers are welcome. Experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, B2B/B2C Sales is preferred.
