Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Generate and convert leads into admissions/sales.
• Monitor daily follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
