Sales Operations / CRM Data Research Analyst - Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations / CRM Data professional to support our Sales Development team by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and enriched Salesforce account & contact data.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit, cleanse, standardize & deduplicate Salesforce accounts and contacts
• Enrich account/contact data using third-party data enrichment tools
• Research and create new target accounts based on ICP criteria
• Identify funded companies, new market entrants & business expansion signals
• Conduct firmographic & technographic research
• Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Operations teams on account research
• Maintain data-quality reports, trackers and research documentation
• Ensure Salesforce records are accurate, complete and sales-ready

Must-Have Skills

• Salesforce / SFDC experience – Mandatory
• Sales Operations / CRM Data / Data Research experience
• Data enrichment & account research
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage research/enrichment backlogs independently
• Experience with Crunchbase, PitchBook or similar databases is a plus
• Knowledge of firmographic / technographic data
• Exposure to SaaS / Enterprise Technology / Sales Development environments is an advantage
