About the Role

We are hiring fresh MBA graduates for an exciting opportunity in SAP Implementation / Business Process Support with a leading product-based client in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SIT/UAT test scenario preparation, execution and tracking
• Assist with master data preparation and validation
• Support cutover activities and data readiness
• Prepare and validate user manuals and training materials
• Support user training and business communication
• Coordinate with Business and IT teams and track open actions

Candidate Profile

• Fresh MBA/PGDM graduates
• Specialization in Supply Chain, Operations, or IT
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt
• Comfortable working with both Business and IT teams
