Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The consultant will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes within S/4HANA. Experience in integrating PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP PP processes: master data (BOMs, routings, work centers), MRP, demand management, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production order execution.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes: inspection plans, lots, notifications, quality certificates, batch management, and audits.
• Collaborate with PLM and MES teams to enable seamless integration between design, manufacturing, and quality systems.
• Work with cross-functional SAP modules (MM, SD, PM) to ensure end-to-end process coverage.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and support testing cycles.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring process optimization and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years relevant Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules within S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of MRP, shop floor control, quality inspection, and batch management.
• Experience in PLM and MES integration / Variant configuration experience / PPDS (preferred).
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
