About the Role

We're building a production-grade agentic AI system that automates the software development lifecycle - from JIRA ticket to code review - using autonomous AI agents with human oversight at every step. We're looking for a hands-on engineer who has already shipped agentic AI systems in production, not someone learning on the job.

What You'll Do

• Build and operate multi-agent workflows (design ? code ? review ? test) with human approval checkpoints
• Implement LLM routing across multiple providers (AWS Bedrock/Claude alternatives) with fallback logic
• Set up cost controls, token budgets, and circuit breakers to keep agents in check
• Build observability dashboards to track agent performance, cost, and quality
• Implement safety guardrails, audit logs, and prompt-injection mitigations
• Integrate everything with JIRA as the single source of truth

What We're Looking For

• 5 years in software/platform engineering, with real production experience in agentic/LLM systems
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
• Experience with multi-provider LLM orchestration and model routing
• Strong Python AWS background (Bedrock/AgentCore a plus)
• Familiarity with observability tools like Langfuse or Datadog
• Understanding of AI governance, guardrails, and prompt injection risks
