Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and financial data
• Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards
• Monitor business KPIs and identify trends
• Support management with data-driven insights
• Strong knowledge of Excel (Advanced), MIS Reporting & Data Analysis
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

What We're Looking For

• Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards)
• Power BI and SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
