About Us

Archi Wing Studio is a Hyderabad-based design practice working across residential, interior,

and urban-scale projects, grounded in a philosophy of Human Thriving Through Design. We're

looking for a Senior Architect-Manager to lead project delivery across our residential portfolio

— from apartment communities to villa developments — and to bring the technical and

managerial rigor that ensures our design intent survives contact with site.

Role Overview

You'll own project delivery end-to-end: managing design teams, quality-checking drawing sets,

coordinating consultants, and ensuring compliance with local building regulations. This is a

senior role for someone who has already seen projects through from concept to completion

and can be trusted to run that process independently.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design development and working drawing production for residential projects — apartment

communities, gated villa developments, and mixed-use residential.

Ensure all drawings comply with Telangana building bye-laws (GHMC/HMDA/DTCP norms,

setbacks, FAR, height restrictions, parking norms, fire and structural clearances).

Conduct rigorous quality checks on architectural drawings — GFC sets, service drawings, detail

drawings — before issue to site or consultants.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration and

clash-free documentation.

Liaise with statutory bodies and approval consultants for building permissions and NOCs as needed.

Manage site coordination through the construction cycle — resolving site queries, reviewing

execution against drawings, and flagging design-to-build gaps.

Mentor and supervise junior architects and design staff; review their output for accuracy and design

consistency.

Interface directly with clients and developers on project status, timelines, and technical decisions.

Manage project timelines, drawing issue schedules, and documentation logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 8–12 years of experience, with demonstrable prior work on residential apartment communities and

villa communities.

• Strong working knowledge of Telangana bye-laws and local approval processes (GHMC, HMDA,

DTCP, RERA norms).

• Proven experience having followed at least a few projects through the full construction cycle (design

→ approvals → execution → handover).

• Strong drawing quality-control skills — able to catch coordination errors, code violations, and

detailing gaps before they hit site.

• Comfortable coordinating across multiple consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting, etc.) and

holding them accountable to a shared drawing set.

• Strong communication skills — able to represent the studio confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors.

• Prior experience managing a small team of architects/draftspersons.
• Exposure to high-rise (G 20 and above) residential typologies.
• Familiarity with Vastu-integrated planning, given client demand in the region.
