- Strong C# / .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Desktop application development
- WPF knowledge/customization
- Unit & Integration Testing – MSTest / xUnit / NUnit
- Git, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps & Azure Boards
- Agile/Scrum development experience
- Secure coding & data protection
- Strong problem-solving and software design skills
