Mandatory Skills

• 6 years developing and customizing ITSM applications, modules, and workflows
• Configuring forms, business rules, notifications, service catalogs, and approval processes
• Building automated workflows for Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
• Integration development using REST/SOAP APIs; custom APIs, connectors, and automation scripts
• Production support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes

Good to Have

• Experience supporting platform upgrades and release deployments
• Exposure to Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles
• UAT support experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer to design, build, and support ITSM applications and service catalog workflows. You will develop automation for core ITIL processes, build integrations with enterprise systems, and provide production support - working closely with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Administrators in an Agile environment.
