Must-Have Skills

• 5 years of ERP Implementation / Consulting experience.
• 3 years of hands-on ERPNext / Frappe Development.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, HR & Projects.
• Strong Python & JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Custom DocTypes, Reports, Print Formats & Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs & Third-Party Integrations.
• Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL, Git, Docker & Linux.
• Experience delivering End-to-End ERP Implementations.
• Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication skills.

Good to Have

• AWS / Azure deployment experience.
• AI & Workflow Automation.
• ERP Integrations.
• ERPNext / Frappe Certification.
