Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in backend and full-stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP (Laravel), MySQL, front-end technologies, and a good understanding of business processes. The role requires ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (Laravel 8.x).
• Develop and optimize MySQL databases, including complex joins, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with version control systems (GIT) and follow best coding practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in PHP with Laravel 8.0.
• Solid understanding of MySQL, including complex joins, triggers, functions, and stored procedures.
• Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js (basic to intermediate).
• Experience with GIT and common commands (clone, pull, push, merge, rebase).
• Basic knowledge of Python and commonly used libraries.
• Basic understanding of AWS / Cloud concepts (EC2, S3, deployment basics).
