About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our team and manage the execution of interior projects across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day interior project site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials at site.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project/design team.
• Maintain proper site discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
• Prepare daily site updates and report project progress to the management.
• Ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline and quality requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of interior execution, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and teams at site.
• Candidates with Mumbai-based site experience will be preferred.
