About the Role

Our esteemed client is looking for a sharp, hands-on Sr. HR Executive to own recruitment and HR generalist functions end-to-end.

What You'll Drive

• Recruitment — full-cycle hiring for operational, commercial & support roles, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer roll-outs & pipeline building
• HR Ops — attendance & leave, payroll, onboarding, HR MIS, employee engagement, policy & compliance, training coordination

What We're Looking For

Strong communicator, solid grip on recruitment & labour compliance, MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint HR portals proficiency, proactive use of AI to improve HR processes and someone who thrives under timelines.
