Urgent Job Vacancy: Structural/Civil Engineer

Minimum Experience: 4-5years’ experience in Civil/ Structural(Preferably having experience in Maintenance of Offices and Large Stores in commercial/Real estate property)

* Reportees (employees who will report to this position) : Electrician, and helpers
* Software Knowledge : AutoCAD, word, excel
* Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi
* Any other Preference

Site supervision in accordance with specifications

-Review & checking drawings prior to execution of the work
-Inward material verification ensure conformance to specifications
-Ensure documentation like check lists
To carry out Maintenance activities in the premises like painting, plaster, construction toilets, Rain water, water proofing, underground Rain water gutter checking, AC Maintenance, Light and water availability and any other preventive Maintenance
Work required to be done for all the 4 locations
Engineer should be willing to get posted in Alibaug or Patal Ganga for a short period temporily if required
