About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic Freshers / Candidates with up to 1 year of experience to join our IT Infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, support, and maintain Windows & Linux systems.
• Monitor computers, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support network operations and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows & Linux Operating Systems.
• Understanding of Networking, Hardware, Routers & UTM devices.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and work hard.
• Team player with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
