Are you passionate about Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and enjoy connecting with the right talent? We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – Non-IT Recruitment to join our growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references & other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer & joining.
• Handle multiple positions and volume hiring requirements.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring requirements.

What We're Looking For

• 1 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong sourcing & candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination & negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
