What You'll Work On

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
• Support bulk hiring across Sales, Operations, Product & Educator roles.
• Maintain hiring trackers, ATS updates & recruitment metrics.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement.

Who We're Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in HR, Business or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Passion for recruitment and working with people.
