Job Title: Team Lead - Outbound Sales

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid)
Shift: Primarily UK/AU Shift (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST) | Rotational
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Markets: UK, US, Canada & Global English-Speaking Markets

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Team Lead - Outbound Sales to lead and coach a team of Sales Executives, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Executives
• Drive team performance against sales KPIs and revenue targets
• Monitor outbound calling, seller activation, and onboarding activities
• Conduct performance reviews and provide real-time coaching
• Ensure quality, compliance, and CRM data accuracy
• Handle onboarding calls and deliver a consultative sales experience
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shift operations

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 years of experience managing a sales team (5 years of total work experience)
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets
• Good understanding of sales metrics and performance KPIs
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience in objection handling and consultative selling
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Calendly, or similar CRM tools
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in rotational shifts aligned with UK/AU business hours
