About the Role

Fable Fintech Company is hiring a Tech Support Executive – Onsite with 2–5 years of experience for our production support team.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Java Production Support.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands & system support.
• Strong SQL skills — MySQL / Oracle PL/SQL, complex queries, joins & performance tuning.
• Experience with Payment Gateways.
• Banking domain experience is a plus.
• Experience in L1/L2 Incident & Production Support.
• Knowledge of ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios / Splunk is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira is an advantage.
• Exposure to AWS / Azure is a plus.

Education

Engineering education/degree is important for this role.

Important Location Note

Candidates will initially work from our Andheri Head Office and will later be deployed to the Airoli client location based on project requirements.
