Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.

• Write and review high-quality, maintainable code as needed.

• Drive architecture decisions and ensure scalability and performance of applications.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

• Conduct regular team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Mentor and guide the development team in technical and process-related matters.

Required Skill Set (Mandatory):

• ? Strong experience in ASP.NET / C#

• ? Proficiency in .NET Core, MVC, and Web API

• ? Good knowledge of SQL Server

• ? Hands-on experience with ReactJS & having 2 yr min experience

• ? Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
