Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through calls, emails and tickets
• Troubleshoot and analyze technical issues
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Follow SOPs and escalate unresolved issues to L2
• Analyze system and energy data
• Support HVAC/BMS and energy optimization activities
• Work on data analysis, mining and presentation
• Monitor HVAC asset performance and identify improvement opportunities
