Techno-Functional Project Manager / Program Manager | Investment Banking

About the Role

We are looking for Mumbai-based professionals with 5-7 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management within the Investment Banking domain. (Immediate Joiners Only)

Key Requirements

• Strong Project Management / Program Management experience.
• Investment Banking exposure, preferably within Sales & Trading.
• Strong understanding of Equity (EQ) and/or Fixed Income (FI) products.
• Knowledge of Front-to-Back Trade Lifecycle.
• Experience working with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience managing technology transformation, regulatory, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, RAID management, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
