Hiring: Telecaller – IT Hardware Product Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to promote and sell IT hardware products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining products, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote and sell IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, computer accessories and related products.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate leads through calls and follow up with interested customers.

Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.

Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Maintain customer information and call records.

Follow up regularly with leads and convert them into customers.

Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders and delivery.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / IT Hardware Sales.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops and computer accessories is preferred.

Target-oriented and confident personality.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Basic computer knowledge is required.
