About the Role

Amity Global School, Gurgaon is looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers to join the team as Telecallers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective parents/leads
• Handle enquiries and provide information about school programmes & admissions
• Follow up with prospective parents and maintain lead records
• Schedule campus visits and assist the admissions team
• Maintain professional communication with parents
• Achieve assigned calling & follow-up targets

• Basic computer knowledge
