Transaction Monitoring (TM) & SAR Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals with strong AML / Financial Crime expertise to join our team in Bangalore.

• Location: Bangalore
• Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
• Shift: General Shift
• Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Review and investigate AML Transaction Monitoring alerts
• Identify suspicious and unusual transaction patterns
• Conduct end-to-end AML investigations
• Draft and prepare SAR/STR narratives and filings
• Perform customer and transaction risk analysis
• Handle RFI requests and gather supporting information
• Document investigation rationale for closure or escalation
• Identify AML typologies including layering, smurfing, structuring, etc.
