• BMS – HR or relevant educational qualification.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Good understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
