Job Title: Website & Vendor Operations Manager

CTC: ₹55,000–₹65,000/month

About the Role

We're looking for someone who can independently manage our website and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Updating products, prices, images and content on the website
• Coordinating with suppliers and following up for required information
• Working with developers when website issues come up
• Keeping supplier records and trackers updated
• Improving the website's content, presentation and overall experience
• Preparing reports and finding better ways to manage day-to-day processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or similar platforms
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable with Canva or Figma
• Good communication skills in English
• Someone who is organized, responsible and takes initiative
• Basic HTML/CSS, SEO or analytics knowledge would be a plus
• Most importantly, we need someone who takes ownership, follows up, solves problems and gets things done without constant supervision
