Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage enterprise Windows environments
• Troubleshoot server, application, and infrastructure issues
• Manage Hyper-V clusters and virtual machines
• Implement security patches and hardening measures
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams for issue resolution
• Maintain server inventory, access control, and operational excellence
