Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production and post-go-live functional support for Workday Supply Chain applications.
• Support Inventory, Procurement and Sourcing processes across Workday and third-party applications such as AIMS, Kahua and Tecsys.
• Prepare and manage Workday EIBs, data uploads and spreadsheet-based data mapping.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on configuration, end-to-end testing and process improvements.
• Support multiple applications and adapt to evolving business priorities.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Workday Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory or Sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation or production support.
• Knowledge of Workday EIBs or similar integration and data-upload tools.
• Strong analytical, Excel, data-mapping and validation skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
